Stall applications are open!

The Festival welcomes stall applications from local retailers and from people selling handcrafts and other quality goods. We also welcome charities, sports clubs, and other community organisations wanting to promote your causes.

Update 27th September 2024 – our food stall precincts are almost full! Returning stallholders are welcome to book before the end of October, but new applications for takeaway food stalls will be placed on a waiting list. There are always a number of cancellations so some people from the waiting list will get accepted – but no promises! Please note, this doesn’t apply to people selling pre-packaged food like sauces, jams or sweets – so far there is still room for you!

Our application process uses a google form. The invoices aren’t sent automatically when you submit the form; we assess your application and then send you a customised invoice – when you get the invoice that means your application has been accepted.
