Body Beat Ritual’s take on techno is a stripped back sound-world of pulsating body rhythms, pummelling drums and hypnotic vocals cut up and fused back together, like hacked satellite feeds beamed in from his isolated base on planet Earth’s flip-side. On stage, expect analog synth signal paths cut through with pounding vintage digital drum machines. Releases include 12″s on HAVEN, Murder, Bergerac, and his own Pleasure label, as well as digital EPs, singles and cassette compilation tracks. Body Beat Ritual’s latest release is an 8 track EP titled “Halloweenland”, released on limited edition CD and digital on Saturday 1 March.
